• Communication between both parties must be cordial and respectful.
• The answers provided by CASA AHUED S.A. DE C.V., to the doubts of the CUSTOMERS, will be written at the moment to provide a logical and consistent response to any request.
• The CLIENT is prohibited from committing any act that CASA AHUED S.A. DE C.V., considers inappropriate, disrespectful, discriminatory, illegal, or that is prohibited by any applicable law, considering the following:
• Acts that may have reference to the violation of privacy and confidentiality.
• Use of this medium to defame CASA AHUED S.A. DE C.V., staff, workers or any other person.
• It is not allowed to send files that contain viruses that may cause damage to the CASA AHUED S.A. device. DE C.V., It is forbidden to send or transmit to this medium any unauthorized material that causes annoyance, damage, violates systems or security networks.

• The CLIENT agrees not to reserve any action or right to exercise against CASA AHUED S.A. DE C.V., its employees, executives, representatives and suppliers for any dissatisfaction, damage or harm caused by the use of the WhatsApp for Business platform, releasing said company from any responsibility.

The parties agree that any controversy or claim that arises or develops by the use of this medium must be governed and substantiated by the laws in force in Mexico, submitting to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts of the City of Xalapa, See, renouncing from now the parties, to the jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present and/or future domiciles.
