DELICIOUS RECIPE THAT YOU HAVE TO PREPARE BUTTER SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS:
• ½ kg of shrimp
• 1 bar of butter
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 onion
• Chicken broth to taste
PROCEDURE:
Remove the heads from the shrimp, chop them
cloves of garlic, peel and cut the onion into slices.
Wash and open the shrimp in half, shaping them
butterfly and remove the central dark thread they have.
Add chicken broth to your liking.
In a frying pan add butter, wait for it to melt and then add the onion and chopped garlic. After two minutes, add the shrimp to brown everything little by little. Leave them covered for a few minutes until they change color. Remember to cook over low-medium heat to avoid burning the garlic and making the shrimp bitter. Once the shrimp turn pink, they are ready to serve, you can accompany them with pasta, mashed potatoes or dressing.
